Job Description

The objective of the QA Auditor   ;to enhancing the quality of all aspects of the work in JAC and to utilize a professional System that assures the highest possible level of quality and independent surveillance of the execution of the Quality Assurance Policy of JAC within the framework of the necessary approvals and focused on flight safety .

Duties and Responsibilities & ; Job Activities :

  ;

  • Prepare Annual audit plan .
  • Prepare audit checklist .
  • Perform the facility internal audits program .
  • Conduct Repair Agencies and Suppliers Audits ,
  • Perform spot checks as required on the facility .
  • Record , evaluate , analyze the audit , and report to manager of QA department .
  • Coordinate with other sections the revisions and up dating of Quality Manuals and MOE .
  • Evaluate , approve and assign Forms ' numbers .
  • Participate in Technical Committee for evaluating certifying staff .
  • Assist Director Quality Assurance and Control to ensure remedial corrective actions are satisfactory completed .
  • Follow up all authorities web sites for any changes of their regulations .
  • Follow up of facility up date of calibration tool list .
  • Follow up of all authorities approvals to keep it always current .
  • To ensure that quality audits on JAC quality system are scheduled , planned , conducted , recorded , and reported .
  • Carry out the compilation of the yearly internal quality audit schedule .
  • Maintain records of each quality audit on electronic and paper copy .
  • Document Management .

  • Has Audit techniques course .
  • Has enough experience (not less than 10 years ) in A / C maintenance .
  • Very good skill in the windows and Microsoft office programs .
  • Has good social approach .
  • Familiar with the JCARC and other aviation agencies regulations .
  • Be able to understand , read and write English .

Qualification Requirements :

  • Aircraft maintenance License .
  • Minimum 3 year Quality Assurance field experience .
  • JCAR Part -145 & ; Part - M Course
  • Aviation Legislation Course
  • Aviation Internal Auditor techniques Course
  • MOE and Airworthiness standards
  • Aircraft Familiarization Course
  • 3 years Aircraft Maintenance experience
  • Fuel tank safety Level II
  • Human Factors Course
  • if the   ; auditor   ; has   ; performed   ; minimum   ; one   ; audit   ; in   ; the   ; previous 12  ; months   ; than   ; internal   ; auditing techniques considered as fresh
  • If the relevant legislation has not amended in the previous two years than continuation training is not necessary .

  • Two years diploma as A / C maintenance technician or equivalent degree in field .

  • Legislation course on JCAR Part M , Part 145 & ; Part 21
  • Fuel Tank safety CDCCL Level II .
  • EWIS Awareness Course .
  • Human Factors Course Module 9 Awareness Course .
  • Comprehensive knowledge of JAC MOE .
  • Safety & ; quality Awareness
