Job Objective :
Oversee all paint -related tasks , responsible to direct and coordinate the activities , schedules and resources of the painting shop .

Duties and Responsibilities & ; Job Activities :
- Plan and develop work schedules , equipment usage schedules , priority of painting expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance .
- Schedule , assign , and plan the work of paint shop personnel performing a variety of painting projects .
- Monitor the acquisition and use of materials for complete the required project .
- Develop paint department employees to successfully apply coatings to specification and quality standards .
- Forecast painting schedule for outgoing equipment .
- Required to maintain daily maintenance on paint shop and also paint equipment .
- Must be able to discriminate between colors and judge brightness and shade .

Qualifications :
;
- Be a permanent employee .
- Have B 1 or B 2 JCAR Part 66 Licenses .
- Have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in aviation filed .
- Have training on JAC MOE and procedures .

- Knowledge of supervisory principles , practices , and techniques .
- Intermediate ability to understand , read , and write English .
- Knowledge of the tools , equipment , and materials common to the painting Market .
- Time Management to estimate time and material ;requirements ;of work projects assigned .
- Leadership .
- Team Work .
- Knowledge of paint production processes .
