Responsibilities and Skills
Develop and maintain professional training packages across all customers incorporating:
Development of high quality, customized training materials including version control
Full training delivery plans taking account of differentiation and assurance of learning along with policies, procedures and system enhancements
Production of learning evaluation assessments
Planning and development of summative and formative assessments across all offerings
Production of Training Needs Analysis
Deliver professional uniform training courses to all customers incorporating:
Deliver high quality, professional training interventions in line with training plans and learner requirements
Using empathy and sensitivity to help learners overcome any barriers they may have to learning
Undertaking multilevel delegate evaluation
To promote healthy working with computers, acceptable usage policies and IT security laws and policies
Maintaining an up to date, detailed knowledge of all supported applications in order to deliver training
To provide out of hours support when necessary, either on site or by telephone, this is by exception and in agreement with Line Manager
Provide training advice/support to Project Managers during Project Initiation through to Project Implementation and continuing into Project Review. To liaise with Implementation Managers to identify remedial training requirements
Assisting with the investigation and testing of the operation and functionality of new hardware/software and their suitability for use by the in future projects.
To promote the use of training as a tool to deliver the IT skills required to staff to enhance their abilities to use IT systems effectively. To ensure that training tools and methodologies are provided to staff to assist them in undertaking skills development and qualifications.
To administer and invigilate examinations in keeping with the awarding body requirements ensuring an auditable system for annual test site verification.
Develop and maintain end user training environments in line with the requirements of the vendor and the customer Knowledge, Training and Experience
Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis
Basic knowledge of project principles.
